Every year, FAECTOR hosts a lot of events: from social drinks and parties to workshops or formal career events with many employers. We also deliver a large number of publications, for example, on our online platform Estimator. This can only be made possible with the help of our highly appreciated committee members who support the board of FAECTOR. As a committee member, you will not only create amazing events but also enjoy a legendary year as an active member of FAECTOR! In September 2025, we are recruiting new committee members again. The following committees are opening up:

Becoming an Active Member is the best way to meet a lot of fellow students in a short amount of time. Furthermore, you get to join exclusive activities for Active Members! Besides getting to know a lot of people and having the chance to participate in exclusive activities, you will be able to develop your social, organisational and teamwork skills and boost your CV. 

iCansultancy Committee

iCansultancy is a project of FAECTOR in cooperation with the school association FSR. The aim of this project is to bring students in contact with leading strategy consultancy companies. iCansultancy organises two events during the year. In January 2026 the prestigious Women Consultancy Days will take place. During this event, a selected group of women will get the opportunity to meet the most prominent strategy consultants. This year, BCG, Bain, McKinsey, OC&C, Roland Berger and Simon Kucher will be partners of this event. The second event, the Consultancy Landscape, will take place in March 2026, another renowned two-day event where students get the chance to meet exciting consultants. As a committee member, you will be able to use your creativity and organise a great event for a wide audience.

We are looking for a female student who has affinity with the business community and an interest in (strategy) consultancy. Moreover, you need to have excellent communication skills and work great in a team.

The iCansultancy Committee requires a motivation letter in your application.

Recruitment Committee

The Recruitment Committee is responsible for managing the largest vacancy website for econometricians and organising one of the largest recruitment events for FAECTOR. As a committee member, you organise The Inhouse Days, a multi-day recruitment event during which the participants will visit four companies in two days. The committee chooses a sector for this event and is fully responsible for acquisition and organisation. Furthermore, the Recruitment Committee manages our vacancy website, econometrie.com, where nearly all partner companies post their vacancies. Each year, the committee acquires new companies for econometrie.com to increase the number of vacancies and ensures the website is kept up-to-date, supported by a marketing campaign to promote it. As a member, you will learn how to interact with companies in both formal and informal ways, develop important acquisition skills, gain experience in event promotion, and build entrepreneurial skills through managing econometrie.com.
