Excellence Programme Info Session

Are you a highly-motivated and well-performing student? Are you in your second year or higher of the bachelor, or a pre-master student in one of the Econometrics programmes? Then the FAECTOR Excellence Programme, in cooperation with Erasmus School of Economics, might be something for you!

The Excellence Programme is a yearly extracurricular programme, that challenges students to apply their econometric knowledge within a subject not treated in the regular curriculum, and to boost their CV! The programme runs from January until June and participants are rewarded with 4 ECTS upon completion.

This year’s topic is Econometrics and Climate.

Students will take part in weekly sessions (with the exception of exam weeks) consisting of lectures by academics and other professionals in the field, workshops or company visits. Grading is based on essays or (programming) assignments and corresponding presentation.

The application period runs from 6 December until 7 January. Selection is based on CV, grade list and a (short) motivation.
