The aim of this project is to bring students in contact with leading strategy consultancy companies. iCansultancy organises two events during the year. In January 2026 the prestigious Women Consultancy Days w ill take place. During this event\, a selected group of women will get the opportunity to meet the most prominent strategy consultants. This year\, BCG\, Bain\, McKinsey\, OC&\;C\, Roland Berger and Simon Kucher will be partners of this event. The second event\, the Consultancy Landscape\, wi ll take place in March 2026\, another renowned two-day event where student s get the chance to meet exciting consultants. As a committee member\, you will be able to use your creativity and organise a great event for a wide audience. We are looking for a female student who has affinity with the b usiness community and an interest in (strategy) consultancy. Moreover\, yo u need to have excellent communication skills and work great in a team. Th e iCansultancy Committee requires a motivation letter in your application. Recruitment Committee The Recruitment Committee is responsible for managi ng the largest vacancy website for econometricians and organising one of t he largest recruitment events for FAECTOR. As a committee member\, you org anise The Inhouse Days\, a multi-day recruitment event during which the pa rticipants will visit four companies in two days. The committee chooses a sector for this event and is fully responsible for acquisition and organis ation. Furthermore\, the Recruitment Committee manages our vacancy website \, econometrie.com\, where nearly all partner companies post their vacanci es. Each year\, the committee acquires new companies for econometrie.com t o increase the number of vacancies and ensures the website is kept up-to-d ate\, supported by a marketing campaign to promote it. As a member\, you w ill learn how to interact with companies in both formal and informal ways\ , develop important acquisition skills\, gain experience in event promotio n\, and build entrepreneurial skills through managing econometrie.com.
