 you can subscribe for the introductioncamp via this webpage. The PENGUIN w
 eekend offers you an opportunity to get to know the university\, the city 
 of Rotterdam and your fellow students in a fun and informal way\, before t
 he semester starts. PENGUIN is an introduction camp\, this means that you
  will be staying over on an external location with the other first year st
 udents and the Freshmen Committee. We have several activities planned both
  during the day as in the evenings\, thus you will be with the group the e
 ntire weekend.The goal of the weekend is to make you feel comfortable and 
 at home around your new classmates. There will be a series of games and a
 ctivities to both get to know each other and the city. Furthermore\, there
  will be an opportunity to meet older Econometric students\, who are more 
 than happy to provide insights into your upcoming studies and life in Rott
 erdam. All together we hope to provide you a fun weekend before you start 
 your challenging studies. As you have probably heard Econometrics is rath
 er challenging\, and therefore it is important to bond with your classmate
 s\, and what better way to do this than to spend a whole weekend with them
 \, participating in fun team bonding activities? This years weekend will 
 take place from 30th of August until the 1st of September and will c
 ost 50 euros.
