 ch major or Master to choose? Each year FAECTOR and the Erasmus School of 
 Economics organise the Orientation Days. The Orientation Days are a great 
 way to learn more about the different fields of Econometrics &amp\; Operat
 ions Research. It is also a great way to get in touch with the participati
 ng companies.  During the Econometrics Orientation Day you will first get
  a chance to learn more about the structure of the Major and the Master fr
 om the Master coordinator. Then a student will tell you about his/her own 
 experience. Finally\, the Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek (CBS) will sh
 ow you what you could do in that specific field at their company such that
  you can see what that field looks like in practice.
