 rganised by FAECTOR! R is one of the most widely used languages in the fie
 ld of Data Science. Since it has a large community of users in both the ac
 ademic and the corporate world\, being familiar with it is a valuable asse
 t for each econometrician. In the two sessions of the workshop you will le
 arn to work with different types of data through a combination of theory a
 nd practice. After quickly covering the basics of R\, you will be introduc
 ed to different data types\, data storage and data cleaning techniques. Fu
 rthermore\, you will learn how to work with large data sets and competing 
 data structures. Lastly\, you will also get an insight into data visualisa
 tion and distributed computing. Sounds useful? Don’t wait any longer and
