Air France-KLM Hackaton
Do you want to know what it’s like working on a project for Air France-KLM? Do you want to apply your econometrics knowledge in practice and visit the KLM office?
Join us for this Air France-KLM Hackaton on 17 September! You will work in groups of a few students on developing a new pricing model for KLM’s cargo division. Moreover, some employees will work alongside you, so you can also ask all your questions about what it’s like working at a big airline!
The day will start early at the office with a presentation and then we move on to the actual programming of the model. Air France-KLM works in Python, but the data will be shared with you beforehand, so you are also free to work in other programming languages. There will be lunch and dinner on location, and the group that develops the best model is invited for an exclusive tour of KLM cargo at the airport later in the year!
This event is for bachelor-2 students and higher. Selection will be based on study phase. The application deadline is 5 September, we will let you know on 6 September if you are selected to join!
