During this interactive training, you will learn how a problem is tackled by consultants and get introduced to some of their methods. First you will learn how a problem is structured and cut down into manageable parts through the use of an issue tree and how to work towards a clear conclusion. Afterwards, the focus of this training will shift towards the communication of the formed advice. Together, this will teach you the general approach of a consultant, giving you an insight into the world of strategy consultancy.
